“Since 2020, I have been working independently, supporting organisations and individuals in creating more inclusive and participatory environments. My work is grounded in 20 years of projects in what we now refer to as Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. This hands-on experience is informed by academic insights, including an MA in Human Rights and Cultural Diversity and a completed PhD.
