Terms and Conditions – Online Courses
By registering for one of my online courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These exist to create clarity and mutual respect and to ensure a safe and constructive learning environment for all participants.
1. Registration and Payment
The total course fee is CHF 350. A non-refundable registration fee of CHF 50 is required to secure your place. The remaining CHF 300 is due within 14 days after the second session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are required to pay the full course fee, even if you only attend one of the two sessions or choose to leave the course early.
2. Participation and Certification
Participation confirmation (e.g. for professional development purposes) can only be issued if you actively participate in both sessions.
Active participation includes being present for the full duration, engaging with the content, and contributing respectfully to the group.
3. Confidentiality and Respect
These courses involve sensitive topics and personal reflections. All content and discussions are confidential and may not be shared outside the group.
Recording, photographing, or otherwise documenting the sessions is strictly prohibited. This applies to all participants.
I do not give permission for any part of the course to be reproduced, published, or referenced without my written consent.
The online courses are private and voluntary, facilitator-led learning spaces. Participation is conditional on respecting group confidentiality and on not using any part of the content for publication, media use, reporting, or external documentation.
4. Accountability and Disagreements
Engaging with the course means encountering different perspectives. You may experience disagreement or discomfort. This is part of the learning process.
Disagreement with course content or facilitation is not a valid reason to withhold payment.
By registering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own learning process and reactions.
5. Responsibility and Liability
I facilitate the sessions with care and professionalism. However, I cannot take responsibility for how other participants act, interpret content, or what they do with what they’ve heard.
Any decisions or actions taken during or after the course remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
6. Language and Accessibility
Courses are held in German or English unless otherwise noted. If you have access needs or language concerns, please let me know in advance.
7. Final Note
These terms exist not to restrict participation, but to protect the space, the people in it, and the integrity of the work. If you have questions or concerns, I encourage you to reach out before registering.
